RingClone joins RingCentral as a Premier ISV Partner to bring a robust archival, compliance, and content supervision suite for its customer base.
RingClone, a world class archiving and quality assurance service provider, today announced a new partnership with RingCentral, a leading provider of global enterprise cloud communications, video meetings, collaboration, and contact center solutions.
Through this partnership, RingClone will provide RingCentral customers with an easy to use, all-in-one compliance system combining archiving, retrieval, and quality assurance for all communication content, including voice data (recorded calls and voicemails), voice logs, fax activity and images (including all attachments), SMS/texting activity, text conversations, and team messaging.
RingClone’s state-of-the-art search engine and rich user interface also gives RingCentral clients powerful, rich discovery and retrieval of calls and messaging content across all RingCentral data, and includes complex searching support. This provides users instant access to their archived content for reporting, retrieval, or compliance purposes. RingClone’s product also provides customers with notation support, custom reporting, custom data exports, and group level access administration for managers and teams.
RingClone’s system is fully customizable and gives RingCentral customers the ability to determine how archived data is categorized, stored, and retrieved. With the RingClone integration, RingCentral customers will also be able to use their existing storage solution for archiving. RingClone can be connected to a client’s existing cloud or on-premises storage solutions, including Amazon S3, OneDrive, Google Drive, Azure Blob storage, Box.com, DropBox, and SFTP.
