Base Cost

This is the starting cost for all RingClone accounts. The base cost is a tiered usage-based plan, based on the volume of items processed. Each month, this volume is determined by the day in that month when the highest volume of items are processed (compared to all other days in that month). Items per day refers to phone calls, sms messages, faxes, team messaging, and any other piece of communication data processed by RingClone.
If you are hosting your own storage, and are not using any add-on features (such as transcription services), then this is the only cost you will incur.

Storage Cost

If you are hosting your own storage (such as AWS, Azure blob, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc), then these costs do not apply. If using RingClone storage, a minimum of 1TB is allocated. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
