We’re excited to announce that RingClone has added a new App Connect adapter for Zoho CRM, built in partnership with RingCentral. This new integration embeds RingCentral’s powerful communications directly into the Zoho CRM experience, giving sales and support teams seamless access to calling, SMS, and automatic activity logging without leaving their CRM. With a focus on ease of use, accurate contact matching, and fast deployment, the RingClone Zoho App Connect adapter helps teams work faster while keeping CRM data clean and complete.

Seamless integration between RingCentral and Zoho CRM

Seamless RingCentral Dialer Integration: The RingClone adapter embeds the familiar RingCentral dialer directly inside Zoho CRM records. Users can click-to-dial from contacts, leads, and accounts, send SMS, and manage calls using the same RingCentral experience they already know—without switching tabs or applications.
Smart Contact Matching & Resolution: Incoming and outgoing calls are automatically matched to Zoho CRM records using configurable rules such as phone number, alternate numbers, or email. When multiple matches are found, RingClone prompts users to quickly select the correct contact, ensuring call activity is logged to the right record every time.
Automatic Call Logging: Call duration, call result, notes, and other activity details are automatically saved to Zoho CRM. Formatting of call logging fields is customizable.

The RingClone Zoho App Connect adapter follows the same proven integration model used across the RingCentral App Connect ecosystem—delivering fast deployment, minimal configuration, and a consistent user experience across CRM platforms.

Quick steps to get started

  1. Install the RingCentral App Connect extension from the Chrome, Edge, or Safari extension store
  2. Sign in to your RingCentral account in the extension, and select the Zoho platform.
  3. Authorize Zoho and click "Accept"
